Today was back in DC and a hot day. The link is here. With a time of 23:45 and a distance of 2.52 miles, the mile time was 9:25, which is not so bad given the number of stoplights at intersections (29). If the average pause at each light was only 2 seconds, then we're down to a time of 9:07. Not bad given how I just started running again last week.
